Kauffman Stadium

Kauffman Stadium is the home of Major League Baseball’s Kansas City Royals and is located in Kansas City, MO. It opened in 1973 and has a seating capacity of over 38,000. The stadium was renamed from Royals Stadium to Kauffman Stadium in 1993, after Ewing M. Kauffman, the team’s founding owner.
